FH JOANNEUM is one of Austria’s top universities of applied sciences, dedicated to driving innovation through research and development (R&D) to meet sustainability goals and societal needs. With six key departments — from Applied Computer Sciences to Media & Design — it offers high-quality education to over 4,000 students. As a leader in ICT education, it delivers 9 Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in areas like software engineering, data analytics, IT security, and e-government. FH JOANNEUM collaborates with public and private sectors to develop technologies and solutions for the future, ensuring practical application of research. Its extensive experience in EU-funded projects makes it a vital partner in initiatives requiring technical, policy, and design expertise.

Founded in 1998 as PCX Computers & Information Systems Ltd, ETE FAROS LTD rebranded in 2023 to reflect its commitment to digital transformation and ICT solutions. FAROS empowers SMEs and educational institutions with consulting in entrepreneurship, risk management, and business continuity. Specializing in ERP, CRM, and LMS platforms, it provides custom ICT solutions for web development and e-learning platforms. As a certified VET Training Centre, FAROS delivers vocational training for SMEs, youth, and adults, fostering digital skills and technology education. With expertise in entrepreneurship consulting, ICT solutions, education, and EU-funded projects, FAROS is a key partner for organizations seeking to modernize and digitize their operations.

Project Partner

Founded in 2017 in Sofia, Bulgaria, Acta Consulting supports SMEs and start-ups in achieving technological modernization and digital transformation. The company specializes in digital readiness assessments, creating customized Industry 4.0 & 5.0 roadmaps, and supporting EU-funded investment projects. Their services include project proposal development, reporting, and coordination under key EU programs. Acta Consulting also supports companies in achieving ISO certifications for quality, environmental, and energy management systems. Backed by a network of 80+ SMEs, 50+ tech suppliers, and leading research institutions in Bulgaria, Acta Consulting delivers impactful solutions that promote growth, sustainability, and digital maturity.

With a legacy spanning 130 years and a network of over 1,100 members from trade, industry, services, and crafts, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Csongrád-Csanád (CSKIK) is a key driver of economic development and business representation in Hungary. Through direct connections with over 35,000 enterprises, CSKIK supports SMEs with training, consultancy, and matchmaking services. It provides guidance on legal, taxation, and quality management issues, while fostering internationalisation and sustainable business practices. Hosting the regional office of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), CSKIK connects SMEs to global opportunities. Its Training Department bridges businesses with VET institutions, supporting on-the-job learning for students. As a member of notable networks like the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and the Danube Chambers of Commerce Association, CSKIK strengthens regional and international collaboration to boost business competitiveness and sustainable development.

Project Partner

Founded in 1988, the European Institute for Research, Training and Vocational Guidance (I.E.R.F.O.P. Onlus) is a nonprofit leader in Vocational Education and Training (VET). Originating from a collaboration of associations supporting people with disabilities (including blindness, deafness, and physical disabilities), IERFOP’s mission is to promote social and economic integration for disadvantaged groups, especially disabled individuals and the elderly. Through targeted training and guidance programs, IERFOP enhances skills development and supports access to education and employment. Headquartered in Cagliari, Sardinia, IERFOP operates 16 offices across 9 Italian regions, ensuring widespread impact. Its key objectives include raising awareness on disability education, training social service professionals, and adhering to ISO 9001 standards for quality assurance. With a commitment to continuous service improvement, IERFOP empowers marginalized groups to achieve independence and social inclusion across Italy.
